New Moc: Cabin Hover Car —Daniel Hamann
Hello .spacers, for your viewing pleasure, here's my new moc. It's the all new Messerschmidt Cabin Hover Car. Since Messerschmidt is a trademark of BMW since 3214, it's not surprising that it turned out a lot sportier than the original Cabin Roller (...)      (...) Just forgot to mention: The stickers are made from the left-overs of the sticker sheet of the 8868 Airtech Claw Rig, so it's pure LEGO! The number on the sticker is the serial number of the sticker sheet. Happy building, Daniel (20 years ago, 10-May-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) Sweet ride, dude, very sleek. I like the chair mudguards. (...) Ah, a kindred spirit at last... :-) Cheers, (URL) Sci-Fi LEGO> (20 years ago, 10-May-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) The "mudguards" are in fact stabilizers... ;-) (...) Thank's for your feedback, Paul. I'm a great admirer of your LEGO work! Daniel (20 years ago, 10-May-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: New Moc: Cabin Hover Car —Leonard Hoffman
(URL) This thing is just awesomely amazing. Either that or is totally tubular. Or perhaps super-cool. Ether way, the trans-dk-blue on red looks striking, and it is offset well by the light grey undertones of the greeblies on the bottom. You hear-by (...)      (...) snip (...) snip (...) Thank you Lenny. OK, let's use my bragging rights: I love how this little thing turned out. I fiddled about with those SNOT-parts every evening for the past three weeks. And now it looks so simple, like everything has (...) (20 years ago, 10-May-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: New Moc: Cabin Hover Car —Roy Whitford
...p-p-pardon my drooling... That is just...wow. The simple design, with greebling where appropriate (especially that underside--wow!) on such a small vehicle...that's impressive. I just can't hope to compete with this...despite the name indicating (...) (20 years ago, 10-May-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) snip (2 URLs) (...) Hi Roy, thank's for your feedback. I'm glad to see you experienced builders in here like it. My inspiration? Well, it was on lugnet were I got to know the "hovercar" as a moc-category. Immediately I wanted to build one, (...) (20 years ago, 11-May-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) Dude! I love that cockpit orientation. And the solid red color scheme makes it look like the fastest thing on...no wheels.1. (URL) 1 - With the exception of yellow. Everyone knows yellow is the fastest color. :-) (20 years ago, 10-May-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Wow!.... The exploded view revealing the SNOT work / grebbling is really impressive. Compared to the complete ship, you really give the impression of a red coat on some technical chassis, in such a small space, bravo! JP. (20 years ago, 11-May-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)
