There are quite a few things I like about this ship. It’s got SNOT, nice
greeblies, good interior design, the runabout design itself is cool, and also
the way it is stored and deployed, and I like the detailing with the old-time
wing/struts down the center of the ship’s wings. I know executing the door and
landing gear must have been tough, and they add to the playability established
by the runabout. I’m surprised you haven’t gotten more responses on this board.
The website kept crapping out on me when I tried to check out the pics, so that
might be why, although I did eventually manage to get to your other Lego
creations. Cool stuff!
Criticisms? I would have preferred a more interesting shape, something more
dynamic (which is odd coming from me, so far I’ve only posted mech dropships
that look like lego bread boxes). Also, the quarter domes forming the rear
section give it a little bit of a droopy profile. And it could use bigger guns
and some missle banks. But these are minor. Nice work!

| (...) ACK! Why didn't anyone else tell me the website was crapping out? It was fine from internal tests, but it turns out that when I upgraded my firewall to a new version, I turned on activeX and SOAP stripping, and it was mangling some of the (...) (20 years ago, 10-May-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

| A recently completed MOC of mine. Features include technic operated side door and landing gear, completely accessable interior via either lids or pull off sides, and a "folding runabout" that fits in the rear bay.
