Re: Have You Seen the Cosmic Dancer?

(...) Me! Patrick. I haven't posted on Lugnet for about a year and a half - still lurk on occasion. I built the Cosmic Dancer (named for the T. Rex song) over a year ago, but I just got a digital camera so it was finally dusted off and photographed. (...) (21 years ago, 9-May-04, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Pirate-flavoured Tugboat

(...) This is neat. Tug vehicles are always cool, and this one is executed very well. The basic shape fits nice- huge strong shielding on the front, cockpit perched on top, and the matching four arms and engines work very nicely. I also like the (...) (21 years ago, 9-May-04, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Robriq Moobot

(...) As said before, that's sweet. Wow. This is awesome- a perfect, orginal combo of organicness and a machine. Can't wait to see more tech west stuff. Maybe you could rip off some ideas from that Rockfish movie... some techwest ideas there. -JHK (21 years ago, 9-May-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

  Robriq Moobot

Toradoch Systems approached Robriq recently. They wanted to build a bot that could be sold to small-hold farmers and ranchers in the New Malpaso colony out in the frontier. The result is a seamless fusion of Toradoch and Robriq technology. Moobot: (...) (21 years ago, 9-May-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Corellian "Corvette" in the Coruscant skyways

Here's a hovercar I made after thinking about the yellow hovercar Anakin used in SW Ep II. I liked the exposed engine, but wanted a closed cockpit & flared sides on the front of the hood like over the wheels on a Corvette, thus the name: (9 URLs) (...)   Re: The Solarian Imperial Archive is back!

(...) Oh I'm sure I am too. (...) Your site layout is all up to you. I would never try and tell you how it should work. I just think all lego creation websites should have the models as close to the front as possible. (...) I host my pictures on my (...) (...) Remember that Monty Python episode where the newly weds went into a mattress shop to buy a bed? And every time they said "mattress" to the salesman, he put a bucket over his head?   Re: The Solarian Imperial Archive is back!

(...) Hah, okay. I guess I was kinda overreacting. (...) Hrmm, okay. I've never found my organization particularly confusing, but that's probably because I wrote the site. :) I didn't know anyone felt that it was confusing, thank you VERY much for (...)   Re: The Solarian Imperial Archive is back!

(...) I never said backstory was pointless or even brought that up. I'm not sure where you're going exactly but I'll go with it. Here's how it is: If you don't have some great MOCs to begin with no one reads your stories. Even then most people skip (...)   Re: The Solarian Imperial Archive is back!

(...) I decided to give my MOCs a backstory, pointless perhaps, but I don't really care. Politely, just because you don't personally like to give your MOCs a backstory, it doesn't mean that others share your same inclination, witness the dozens of (...)
