| (...) Jason, That's brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. I'm especially impressed with how "tight" the angles look on the back hull and the triangular middle sections--they just seem so effort- less, yet I have no doubt getting them satisfactorily (...) (22 years ago, 27-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

|
| Hi all, I've been seeing all these awesome P-38 based creations and decided to try one myself, so here's mine. It's part of a set of ships I'm working on using this engine style. (URL) The ship is supposed to be capable of space and atmo flight, (...) (22 years ago, 27-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

| (...) ??? Are you talking about (URL) THIS>? Something I haven't really mentioned but of which I'm very proud is my Spamcake Diner™ Moonbase module that I took to BrickFest PDX. I need to post a page about that.... (...) Yeah, I apologize for that. (...) (22 years ago, 27-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.trains, FTX)

| (...) Hey, thanks! Yeah, I really got carried away with the design. It had even been shortened already by 1 full brick height:-) I'm not used to building from fantasy, and so things just took off. I had in the back of my mind the utilitarian nature (...) (22 years ago, 27-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.trains, FTX)

| (...) That looks incredible. We'll have to plan our next meeting for your place so we can all 'oo' and 'ah' over it. I've had the privilege of seeing this near completion, and it looked GREAT. Great to finally see it in all its glory. You've put us (...) (22 years ago, 27-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.org.ca.parlugment, FTX)

| (...) That landing gear compartment is awesome. The modular engine is cool too. Such functionality is just what I love to see in a small craft. Cheers, (URL) Sci-Fi LEGO> (22 years ago, 27-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

| (...) Sure don't say anthing about the Spamcake train!? And WHEN is this TCLTC layout gonna be unvailed? I've been waiting forever to see it in light, I see little sneaks in Ross's folder, I wanna see MORE! Josh (URL) (22 years ago, 27-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.trains, FTX)
| | | | | Re: That old set FEELING...
|
| (...) I don't blame ya. I don't own the Galaxy Explorer, but I've played with a couple of them. It is a nice model, but to me it isn't special. I think that's because it wasn't a set I grew up with though, if it was, the story would be different. (...) (22 years ago, 27-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.town, FTX)

| (...) Minifigs? That was always what made me less interested in universal sets like (URL) 744> when I was a kid. Universal building sets have always seemed to have less 'personality' to me. After searching the database for 744, I looked at a great (...) (22 years ago, 27-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.town, FTX)
