Hi to all of you,

I have just finished tearing apart my latest moc (pics will come up soon)
and I am starting a new one.

Since I had a lot of questions about where i get my ideas, i have decided to try
starting a thread explaining the history of my next moc.

- First of all, i just bought a technic motor, so i want to use it.
- i mostly build nanofig spaceships, which have "wings" of one brick height,
between 2 plates ... not enough room to place any mechanism in it.
- so maybe use more classical building ...
- after a while i'm thinking about a helicopter - with moving rotor -in the resQ
style.
- a copter ... not enough originality there ... but what if i would place the
rotor on bottom of it instead of on top! seems a nice idea to me
- maybe take best of both world ... and make a nice spaceship with a temporal
rotor under it.
- the round shape of a previous ship springs in mind ... this sounds good!

so until now the idea is a nanofig ship, with a large round hole in the center
and a rotor in it (maybe a smart use of colors can give a nice effet on the
turning rotor.)

I'll try to add more to this thread whenever the ideas evolve ...

let me know what you think,
brick well,

Didier

(...) Again hi to all, the ship is getting it's shape ... i spent a few hours trying to get the gears right. so now there's a lever activating the rotor and a turning radar dish. lowering the lever will allow for another movement (maybe cannons or (...) (20 years ago, 8-Mar-04, to lugnet.space)
