(...) It's so ugly yet beautiful. I know I'm echoing everyone else here when I say well done. Pat Bunn (22 years ago, 3-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: new spacecraft

(...) They come in clear black in the newest train station incarnation too. Of course, it's a 50 dollar set with like 4 of them. Plus, none of the panel pieces would match. The switch to the trans black color has been a big pain. In general, curved (...) (22 years ago, 3-Feb-04, to lugnet.space)

  Re: new spacecraft

(...) That's one of the things I wish. I saw they come in clear black in one of those Police sets, but I don't like clear black so much, nor the Police theme. Then, other things: "Plate, Round Corner 4 x 4" doesn't come in white, the 4x4 and 6x6 (...) (22 years ago, 3-Feb-04, to lugnet.space)

  Re: new spacecraft

(...) Veru nice, very smooth lines. Don't you wish that those quarter circle panels came in clear? There would be so much more potential for designing interior spaces. I like the way that you made it modular, reminds me of the old blacktron ships, (...) (22 years ago, 3-Feb-04, to lugnet.space)

In lugnet.space, Jamie Neufeld wrote: snip (...) You have to be kidding me! This thing is awesome! I agree with what others have said that there's a deffinate Star Wars vibe to this thing, it could blend into the movies easily. It sort of has a (...) (22 years ago, 3-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: new spacecraft

(...) Thanks George! I think all the Lego pieces I used are brilliantly designed, not only in that they are beautiful but also in the way they can be combined. I came to learn how the riaduses of the different pieces, cylinders, curved panels, round (...) (22 years ago, 3-Feb-04, to lugnet.space)

  Re: BE-TLE

(...) Very nice crawly-tank!? I really like the way the legs look, very natural. When I saw the post, I wanted to hit it with a newspaper. (yech!) Very smooth and creepy. Well done Philip -Captain John “aka Mark Mueller” Founder and Chairman of (...) (22 years ago, 3-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: First post - Any beach on the Moon base?

(...) Whoa! As Nik would say, "that's TIGHT!" As Aaron said.. "Very Caddy" indeed. There are lots of nice touches but I think my fave is using the elbow exhaust pipes as front bumpers. Managing to use the new minifig vehicle hood is also a huge (...) (22 years ago, 3-Feb-04, to lugnet.space)

Re: The P-38 Lightning Space Contest

Cool! A contest to make a space creation that looks like my favorite pre-jet-era aircraft!! I'd suggest an "extra points" contest to get the cockpit entry as close to the original as possible. (For those unfamiliar with the P-38, the top center (...) (22 years ago, 3-Feb-04, to lugnet.build.contests, lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: The Outlaw Fleeb

(...) I am so respectin' your Abili-tah! This is just AWESOME! It looks like it's right out of the SW Universe. My favorite details are the fuel/air tanks on the top (something I have been trying to incorporate into one my mocs) and the detail on (...) (22 years ago, 3-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: First post - Any beach on the Moon base?

(...) Very smooth! Very Caddy! It is pretty clear you have been building and holding out photos for public consumption. Come on now, dish out the rest.... Aaron (22 years ago, 3-Feb-04, to lugnet.space)

First post - Any beach on the Moon base?

After a long dark period, after reading Lugnet .space posts for more than one year, after being greatly impressed and inspired by the MOCs presented in this forum, here is my first submission to your critics : the Barchetta. Barchetta is the perfect (...) (22 years ago, 3-Feb-04, to lugnet.space) !!

  Re: BE-TLE

(...) Nice Work Phil. Way to break the builders block. I think I like the Alpha Team click arms (or whatever they're called) you used for legs. It kinda gives it a fuzzy leg insect look I think. Jamie (URL) (22 years ago, 3-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: The Outlaw Fleeb

(...) Thanks Theodore. I had Dirk around for quite a few months I just never got around to building him a ship. Back when I created him I was on a jet pack building binge (All from the J.U.M.P. pack I did for B.I.Joe). I just haven't got around to (...) (22 years ago, 3-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)
