Hi .space,
As I said in an earlier post... here is the Omega ...

This is cool, but I think that I prefer the Omicron... on the Omega, I dont
really like the way the city is plonked on top, which to me doesnt fit
with the smoother angles of the main ship.

Hi,
I agree with you, it Omicron is smoother, and if the city is plonked on top
its because I didnt want to teat the Omicron apart yet, this was mainly a
first attempt to use the same shape (with as little modification as possible) on
two entirely different scales.
|
I think it would look better the
other way around, with the longest end along the ship instead of at right
angles. Perhaps make it even more tapered, too, then it would fit even better
on the ship.
|
Maybe, however since the ship is now part of the diddeseb intergalactic
junkyard, we will never know ;-)
|
I really like your city detailing, though. That trans-blue dish on the white
disc looks excellent as a habitation dome. The small cap-ship is good too.
|
Ill try making a new design, capturing all the latest techniques:
Cheers to you too and thanks alot for your input (please continue ... cant wait
to see some more of your work ...),
Didier
