Dean, you do not need to salute in every post. In fact, it grows very old after seeing it what seems like hundreds of times.

Also, “cheers” is sufficient, no sound effects are needed afterword.

I hope you don’t take this as anything personal against you -- I’m saying this because no one else has yet, but I do know several other .spacers who are annoyed at the incessant sound effects and saluting.
