Interesting....where does it get it's resistance from, or is it a free spinner?

I think it might have some resistance from the bricks being latched together
tight--i didn't draw the hold-together-bricks since i wanted to show the basic
idea.  i don't think my Mlcad example has the 'l'-shapes connected to the
macaroni's even.  other than brick friction, maybe rubber bands?  heres an idea
i just thought of to help keep it in line:
