That's a good point - sometimes, the model pushes you into a particular
color scheme. Most utility vehicles aren't race-car red and blinding
yellow. And most space racers aren't grey, black, dark grey, brown... I've
also found that color can dictate design. If you start building in yellow,
you'll probably end up with an attack fighter or something else speedy and
flashy.
Some of my personal favorites are black with yellow and trans yellow (aka,
good ol' blacktron colors - can't go wrong there!), yellow with black and
trans red, and black with grey, dark grey, and trans yellow. So much for
avoiding black, but that's why I raytrace ;)
