  Re: Mars Mission

(...) Good catch--forgot about those. I was just compiling a list of all the space sets I owned and saw that the Mars Mission ones weren't included under the 'Space' theme. No biggie. Dave K (17 years ago, 5-Dec-07, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Mars Mission

(...) The Life on Mars theme is also listed under System as opposed to the Space theme category. I assume that Mars Mission is the same way to be consistent with LoM. (17 years ago, 5-Dec-07, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Mars Mission

Is there a 'lugnetty' reason that the new Mars Mission sets aren't under the 'Space' theme? When I do a set reference search, the Mars Mission sets are listed under 'system' and not the sub theme of 'space' Just curious Dave K (17 years ago, 5-Dec-07, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Zombie Hunt

(...) Thanks Dave! Any fan of this diorama needs to take a look at Keith Goldman's (URL) On the Defense> and Adrian Drake's (URL) Meridiani Planum Nuclear Facility> (zombies on the moon!). I drew a good bit of inspiration from them. (17 years ago, 5-Dec-07, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Zombie Hunt

(...) Actually, no, I'm in Montana, but I drive right through there when I go visit my folks in southwest Colorado. Nearly ran out of gas before I reached Green River once too (I think that's about where these guys are operating out of). I've always (...) (17 years ago, 4-Dec-07, to lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) My operatives (well, my wife) mentioned your gallery on the discussion board for (URL) The It's Alive Show>, where your efforts were much admired. And here's a little video of the space layout-- (URL) the best quality--the original was better. I'll try the get the original up somewhere for downloading Dave K (17 years ago, 27-Nov-07, to lugnet.org.ca.obb, lugnet.space)

Re: VX-999 - Space Pirate Lair (microscale)

(...) Thanks, Nathan. I always thought going to the dark side was the other way around - from space to castle. :) Dennis (17 years ago, 27-Nov-07, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  AZOTH - close combat mech

(2 URLs) Full gallery> <url=(URL) Flickr> Hooray for Thanksgiving holiday builds. This uses a basic click joint frame (based on Izzo's and Nnenn's click joint frames), which was a pain due to my blocky style of building and resulting heaviness. Next (...)   Stargate Update!

Hello everybody! About 3 weeks ago, I opened a new sub section on my humble homepage dealing with Stargate ((URL)). Many people didn't notice it at first and asked "Why haven't you posted it on Lugnet". I'd like to do this now, as having had some (...)   Re: VX-999 - Space Pirate Lair (microscale)

I gotta admit this is cool. Almost lures me to the dark side of space... Great work! God Bless, Nathan (17 years ago, 14-Nov-07, to lugnet.space, FTX)

VX-999 - Space Pirate Lair (microscale)

(URL) I builded! After a year of not building anything, I decided to try out castle, microscale, and floating rocks - all in one MOC. This was inspired by the recent space station (fbtb) and microscale castle (classic-castle) contests, everyone's (...)   Re: New MOC: Legoland Spacelines 979

I just looked at the Classic Space link and found a picture from an AN-225. Your landing gear is very close to what that aircraft has, and it's a *big* plane! My brother works for a general contractor that does work at power plants and he sent me (...) (17 years ago, 25-Oct-07, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: New MOC: Legoland Spacelines 979

(...) I took the Q-35 apart years ago. Besides that, my collection isn't big enough to build a spaceport that would do ships this scale justice. --Bram (17 years ago, 24-Oct-07, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: New MOC: Legoland Spacelines 979

(...) Although pretty, longer landing gear requires either fancier (usually weaker) joints or bigger doors. But I'm glad people like the landing gear clips! (...)   Re: New MOC: Legoland Spacelines 979

(...) Bram, as always, only one word to describe your MOC's.. AWESOME. I will be looking carefully at your 1/2 slope usage for some aviation-related MOC's that will be going into a project I've been working on for a while. I'd like to know if you're (...)
