  Re: Flying Mouse

Brent, that is sow koowl! (dag that's a lot of cool parts! drool drool drool) Excellent design, construction and form (shape). e (19 years ago, 9-Nov-05, to lugnet.space)

Re: MINI Cylon Raider from Battlestar Galactica

Chris, This is a great design, a worthy opponent for your Viper. Kelly, I like the group scene a lot. One problem - Vipers should always be outnumbered. Part of the heroism of Apollo, Starbuck, and company was that they were always up against (...) (19 years ago, 9-Nov-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: MINI Cylon Raider from Battlestar Galactica

(...) It's definitely a trickier one, that's for sure. But I think you nailed the essential idea of the Cylon Raider. As with the Viper, I had enough pieces (mostly) to construct four copies, so I've got a little armada going on: (URL) (Click for (...) (19 years ago, 9-Nov-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: MINI Cylon Raider from Battlestar Galactica

(...) (URL) The overall saucer shape is good (with the down-canted wings), and the 2x2 Racers slope really nailed the canopy's shape (the original is louvered, and painted black); but the engines aren't quite right, IIRC. They are black, but the (...) (19 years ago, 9-Nov-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Alien delegation

(...) I like these -- they're whimsical. Mr.Rignault has made good use of the Lever Base, 1x1 Plate With Tooth, etc. to depict bulbous eyes, noses, beaks, protruding tongues, moustaches, feelers and eyebrows. The naturalistic browns and sand-colors (...) (19 years ago, 9-Nov-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

MINI Cylon Raider from Battlestar Galactica

Hello aganin altogether! Recently I posted my MINI Viper and Battlestar Galactica. In your kind comments you suggested to also do a MINI Cylon Raider. Of course I also wanted to have an enemy ship, thus I began to design one. I here want to show you (...)   Re: Microscale replica "Liberator" (in progress)

(...) I can't really call myself a fan, since I've seen exactly one episode of the show. But it's on my list for eventual home-video viewing... if it's on DVD... is it on DVD? (URL) opinion>. "This title will be released on December 31, 1969." 1969? (...) (19 years ago, 8-Nov-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Flying Mouse

(...) I think I was lucky enough to see this beauty at NWBC, and I'll never be the same. Too bad you didn't bring the nifty green stack-chair to go along with it. Great ship Brent! -Keith (19 years ago, 7-Nov-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: NewBrickOrder: oppressing your home prefecture since 05'

Ok Paul, I had some time to think about it, and think about all those threatening emails you keep sending me. I needed some kind of farewell post to MOCPages anyway, much like your mom, she's served me well over the years by providing a refuge for (...) (19 years ago, 7-Nov-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: NewBrickOrder: oppressing your home prefecture since 05'

Gentlemen (and Keith) Your new site is a delight for the senses! Five fingers indeed! A fist! A fist I say! Reviewing your site was like getting fisted! No, wait. It wasn’t like that at all. I mean, I don’t know if it was like that because I (...) (19 years ago, 6-Nov-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Flying Mouse

This was shown at the NWBC, but I just got around to posting photos of it. I built this in about 3 days just before the NWBC 2005 -- and is basically a totaly redesigned SLUF (posted here a few months back). There are two configurations posted in (...)   Re: NewBrickOrder: oppressing your home prefecture since 05'

(...) The fiery rhetoric has sputtered out, at least until I can refill the napalm tanks. Rest assured I'll be ready for your next moc though.   Re: Duke, cargo shuttle.

(...) I did enjoy, Mr. Buckland, and as usual I disagree with my esteemed colleauges. I like the orange window and the black section of the wings...in fact I like the whole thing despite its boxy shape. The nose is one of the best I've seen in a (...)   Re: Duke, cargo shuttle.

I like it a lot. I think it really captures the feel of what would be considered a workhorse type vessel - I could just picture dozens of these things in both flashy and non-descript liverys darting in and out of population centers delivering their (...)   Re: NewBrickOrder: oppressing your home prefecture since 05'

I must say - this small gathering is rather refreshing. I, for one, was wondering when a splinter group such as this one would arise... The only problem I have with the whole thing, is that the last time I checked there was no "fiery rhetoric" in (...) (19 years ago, 5-Nov-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)
