1st) something happened to the comm port that the spybot cable is
connected; I couldn't send or receive (or detect) the spybot.
2nd) Using the autodetect feature, it detected the spybot through the
USB tower (that happened to be face down on the table a couple feet away!)
3rd) I was able to download programs to the spybot through the USB tower.


Unbelievable!
