  Re: About Scout programming

(...) The Scout only supports passive sensors externally (touch and temperature). The light sensor is supposed to be used as an active sensor (although in some cases you can use it passively and get reasonable results). The Scout does have its own (...)   About Scout programming

Hi I have a light-seeker NQC program for RCX, I want to port for Scout, does anyone know how to do it? Then does Scout use external light sensor? BR Zhengrong (26 years ago, 15-Aug-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc, lugnet.robotics.scout)

You can, however, use the IR transmit to bound some light down towards it and cause the same effect. If you need (...) (26 years ago, 29-Jun-00, to lugnet.robotics.scout)
