One wonders if the library could be used with pbForth?  If I understand
from some of Ralph's postings, his pbForth was originally
intended to be a
derivative of Quartus Forth, running on the Palm.  This would wrap it all
up for me.

Well, actually, the idea was to be able to write Forth source on the Palm
and
upload it using a terminal emulator from the Palm.

If we can integrate the IR into Quartus Forth, then it would indeed be
cool to upload firmwarwe and code from the Palm to the RCX!

I can't wait to see where this goes...

(...) So, this program will generate forth that the RCX can interpret, on the palm? That's pretty cool. Hopefully, everyone can agree on some database format in which RCX bytecode can be stored, so that it can be used by NQC, Quartus, or whatever (...) (24 years ago, 7-Feb-01, to lugnet.robotics)
