I have the same problem.
But i checked version 0.2.6 till 0.2.6.10 and i got the same problem with
all versions. (only vers 0.2.5 and earlier works) . I have testes with
WIN2000 and WIN98.
cygwin Vers is B20 and i use the old precompiled hitachi tools.

(23 years ago, 25-Apr-03, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)
