You can simply decompress the files from the archive at:
http://semiconductor.hitachi.com/tools/2000r1_i686-cygwin32-x-h8300-hms.zip
They are already built and nearly ready to use. Once they are decompressed,
I believe you just run the BrickOS configure script; then you should be
ready to go.
