??? Are you sure: I just looked, and they appear to redirect to some
other site (http://www.virtualave.net/) who give you 20 MB and register
you at InterNIC - but here's the catch: InterNIC will bill you!
There's also a 1.2 MB file size limit (which may or may not be a
problem).

I know InterNIC are totally slack about this, but it really isn't
appropriate to use a .net address for your webpages.
