I believe the source of this is
http://legos.sourceforge.net/files/windows/cygwin/legOS-0.2.4.html
which as you said should not really be there because of B20 (which is
actually what I have been using for reasons below) and because these
instructions have been superceded by
http://legos.sourceforge.net/cygwin/INSTALL-cygwin.html
The problem here is the different paths the file
(http://legos.sourceforge.net/files/) and doc
(http://legos.sourceforge.net/docs/) pages have taken on the legOS home
page. This needs to be corrected, I'll volunteer, and suggest any internal
web pages under documentation have the root legos.sourceforge.net/docs
(good -- CVS doc, bad -- HowTo, API, Win install instruct, etc)
