| | | | | Which subsystem an executable runs in has *nothing* to do with whether it can run from the command line and parse command arguments. You can run *any* windows program from a console (aka DOS box) and many accept command-line parameters (i.e. word, (...) (24 years ago, 24-Aug-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx, lugnet.robotics)
