Which subsystem an executable runs in has *nothing* to do with whether it
can run
from the command line and parse command arguments. You can run *any*
windows
program from a console (aka DOS box) and many accept command-line parameters
(i.e. word, outlook, etc.)

| If you use Quickview to open ATLClient.exe, you will find the file is a "Runs in the Windows GUI subsystem.", if you open nqc.exe, the message will be "Runs in the Windows characters subsystem", this is your needs, so the answer maybe will be no!
