If you use Quickview to open ATLClient.exe, you will find the file is a "Runs in the
Windows GUI subsystem.", if you open nqc.exe, the message will be "Runs in the Windows
characters subsystem", this is your needs, so the answer maybe will be no!

| Which subsystem an executable runs in has *nothing* to do with whether it can run from the command line and parse command arguments. You can run *any* windows program from a console (aka DOS box) and many accept command-line parameters (i.e. word, (...) (24 years ago, 24-Aug-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx, lugnet.robotics)
