I'm pretty sure that i have used the feature in the software w/o a problem to
set the autoshut to another time interval, including never shutting off. I
know this doesn't exactly answer the question, but maybe its a bug somewhere
that will resolve after you download the firmware again, or use the nqc command
line to reset the value.
