Not GPL, really.  More of a "come-n-get it" license.  My programs are free
to any taker for personal use, but are not automatically licensed for
redistribution in shareware collections or warez sites without explicit
permission.  That being said, I do intend to grant this permission on a
case-by-case basis, and I really like the idea of what you are doing.

Why you don't distribute it on GPL license ??? It's free and really cool
other programmer can help you ...

For a variety of reasons, I am not prepared to release my program under GPL
at this time.

My Virtual Remote program is strictly a Windows 32 app, and I don't plan to
open the source at this time.  I don't know if that would prevent it from
working in legnoppix..?

It work fine with wine ... Nut Ido not integrate it if you don't
distribute it with GPL license :)

Oh, well.  Maybe some other time...

The other thing is that I would like to hear at least SOME feedback from
users before I propagate my software into any collections.  I mean, I think
it works, and I've had quite a few downloads in the last 24 hours, but it'd
be nice to hear whether people are having any problems with it.

I've test it and it work relly fine. You applcation is to little have
big bug not found (you don't acess to the web ;-)

I would like to think that is true, but even though I fixed every bug I
could find before I released this program, I know there could be problems
that emerge only when it is deployed on a variety of systems.  Besides, not
all "show-stoppers" are technical in nature.

When you say "you don't acess to the web", are you saying that my Visit
www.drvegetable.com menu button doesn't work under WINE?  (See, there's a
deployment issue already...)
