(...) SNIP (...) SNIP Not experience, but perhaps the location of the IR diodes in the tower is effecting it's peformance? I liked your book, "Creative Projects with LEGO Mindstorms". We need more books like yours on the Mindstorms market. I've always spun wheels thinking I've got to build a robot that does something like sweep the floor... or maybe that was just (...) hi John, Some time ago there was a discussion about keeping the IR-tower alive. I want to keep the IR-tower alive, for fast data transport from RCX to PC.
