  Re: LegOS 0.2.0a multi-threading problem

(...) That would be nice, actually. I have only one problem with stability - every once in a while, the "Run" key stops working, and all the other keys as well (don't remember exactly, but I think that's how it is). The program keeps running (...) (26 years ago, 27-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

  Thanks to All!

I really appreciate all of the great feedback. I've figured out which way I'm going so I'll probably have more specific programming questions in the near future. Luckily for me, I've found an excellent forum for intellectual exchange. Thanks again, (...) (26 years ago, 27-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)

  Re: RCX 1.0 availablilty

(...) Cost. Plain and simple. (26 years ago, 27-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)

  Re: RCX 1.0 availablilty

(...) Sounds like I may need to make a run on RCX units if I want some for use with train layouts etc where I want them running on wall power rather than battery power. Any idea why TLG has removed the power jack? (26 years ago, 27-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)

Re: What should be in the next version of RcxCC

Re: Group to discuss Teaching Lego Robotics?? lugnet.robotics.teaching ???

(...) This is a brilliant insight. I am not a "teacher" by trade (I also have the title "Engineer" tattooed across my cranium) but I have had many opportunities to teach small classes on various topics. It took me awhile to discover that trying to (...) (26 years ago, 27-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc, lugnet.admin.general)

Re: Group to discuss Teaching Lego Robotics?? lugnet.robotics.teaching ???

Todd, Dave, Ralph, OK!! This can work. I like the simple .edu (I was just grumbling, avoiding the Educator noun...) We're all learners and teachers. I'm out the door to work on Mindstorms with my Grandchildren! Be back this PM.... Todd, who can (...) (26 years ago, 27-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc, lugnet.admin.general)

What should be in the next version of RcxCC

Dear RcxCC users, I am running out of ideas of what to add to Rcx Command Center. So I like to ask you what you like to see next. Please be as specific as you can. In particular, I have heard a number of people making remarks about tools for (...) (26 years ago, 27-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)

  Re: Double echo

(...) I also think that standardisation is not a primary goal in our case ;) I still can't see a real necessity to have it as switchable feature, but having these ECHO_ON / ECHO_OFF available it's better then nothing. Would be nice to have them in a (...) (26 years ago, 27-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.pbforth)

Re: Group to discuss Teaching Lego Robotics?? lugnet.robotics.teaching ???

(...) I was moved and motivated too -- and had a great time overall. (And I didn't even get to see half of everything!) (...) Hmm, so there was no panel "by educators, for educators" to discuss meta-topics? How about workshops? I missed the (...) (26 years ago, 27-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc, lugnet.admin.general)
