A power adapter port? As in an AC/DC plug on the RCX? I've heard the RCX1.0 has them but I didn't see one on my RCX 2.0 (says RCX 2.0 on the top too, all fancy like..heh). Here is an interesting paper on using NQC to control motor speed. A similar technique could be used in leJOS: (URL) paper has lots of interesing ideas in it besides motor speed control. My favourite being the proximity sensor which I have remodelled (...) (23 years ago, 24-Sep-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.java)

I have added USB support to the Win32 version of leJOS. It is in version 1.0.3.beta1 at (URL) thanks to Juergen Stuber for locating the initial modifications to the legos code at (URL) Many thanks to Jin Sato too. You will need to reload the (...) Just so everyone knows, I threw together a compiled version of NQC 2.3 r1 for USB on Win32 last nite, it works. If anyone wants it you can grab it at (URL) are unsupported (Other than me supporting it to the point of 'it works on my box, i plugged (...) (23 years ago, 20-Sep-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)
