    serial board
   I'm having trouble assembling the serial board. When I do the test(see snip below) I only get about 5 volts. When I try and run the downloader, I don't see the green light come on.    Hi all, I'm having fun with my HB! For a software guy like me a 8 bit processor at 2 Mhz with 32K of RAM is a little small but it's so easy to add sensors to it it's just plain fun!      (...) One thing that was discussed before (I think on this mailing list?) that I thought was pretty cool was a small robot with a microphone (FM wireless mike perhaps?) and a photocell.
