Right concept, wrong numbers. Servos want to see a pulse about once every
20ms. The pulse should be in the range of 1 - 2 ms, where a 1 ms pulse will
turn the servo all the way in one direction and a 2ms pulse will turn it all
the way in the other. I don't have the exact values here at the office but
those are pretty close and will certainly get the servo to move somewhere in
their proper range. I just bought a Futaba S-138 and it had the pulse widths
printed on the packaging.

| I'm a newbie at this, but I just read yesterday on a web page that servos want a signal (20 ms = ?? degrees) every 50 milliseconds or so, and if you stop sending the signal, they "go limp" and don't "hold" position tightly, but are deenergized and (...)
