Hi. Can anyone out there help me! I am trying to hook up my handyboard to a serial modem but it doesn't work. My setup is a cross-serial cable connected to the external serial board of the handyboard. I have tried hooking up the handyboard with the (...) Hey all: How fast does the HandyBoard with the standard interactive C libraries execute standard IC instructions? Yes, it can be used to control a drill motor, but probably not directly. It can drive 9V motors at 1 AMP (i think, depending on which h-bridge chips you have). I'm sure a drill motor will draw more than 1 amp, so you will need to use external power (...) (23 years ago, 7-Mar-01, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)
