Hey all: How fast does the HandyBoard with the standard interactive C libraries execute standard IC instructions? What about the software system interrupt at 1kHz and the multitasking overhead, how do they play into things? I know float instructions (...) (24 years ago, 10-Mar-01, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

Yes, it can be used to control a drill motor, but probably not directly. It can drive 9V motors at 1 AMP (i think, depending on which h-bridge chips you have). I'm sure a drill motor will draw more than 1 amp, so you will need to use external power (...) (24 years ago, 7-Mar-01, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)
