  Interrupt routine question
 
I'm trying to implement a hardware shaft encoder routine similar to the the one described in the Mobile Robots Book for my Handy Board. I purchased the Linx Technologies HP development kit a few months ago, and I couldn't get the PC to communicate with the Handyboard.
