Keith, I've succesfully connected two steppermotors from old diskdrives to the HB, one 1.8 degrees and one even 0.9 degrees/step. I found all the info I needed on the internet, and especially www.cctc.demon.co.uk...tepper.htm contains some useful (...) (26 years ago, 15-Feb-99, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

I have worked with two kinds of stepper motors with the handy board. One pair was purchased from LMDC. These are Astrosyn miniangles stepper motors. These were big heavy duty stepper motors. The other pair was from old 5 1/4 inch floppy drives from (...) (26 years ago, 15-Feb-99, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)
