I guess I have a really simple question to ask... I know that I can share many of the lines off of the SPI in order to hook up two polaroid sensors... I was wondering if any of you knew where to get a SN28784 chip, which is on the Sonar Module board. I did find the TL851 from Texas Instruments, but no luck finding the SN28784. I was wondering if there is a way to directly connect to the handyboard, without the interface/charger board. My handyboard is dead. It happened when I was fooling around with the expansion socket J3 and the LCD socket. I might have induced a short. Can I simply plug the polaroid connector to the sockets provided ,install the 1.5 wire to digital 7 , install the cap at C7? or do I have to have the diodes and connect to the motor (...)
