Hello this is mike, I am writing regarding the handy board. What happened was while working on the handy board, our motor control (the H-bridge) heat sink touch the metal chassis of our robot. hello, i use the handyboard for closed loop position control. the handyboard is good for such a task provided that you choose a motor well suited for the task, and an accurate feedback element, such as a (very) linear pot or optical encoder. as for (...) I had a similar problem using the freeware IC and I found that things like the position in the code at which the persistent array was initialised made a difference. Hi Fred I have question for you. I have to control a position using the miniborad or the handyboard. And I don't know which motors is good the DC servo motor or the stepper motor and whats the diffrence? Another question if you don't mind, have you (...) hi, The following command will cause the DC motor to rotote one after other according to the std lib and the command. hence, the robot will gradually slanted.
