David, I would be interested in seeing a schematic on the wiring of the diode array. I am not sure of how it goes - exactly. I'm not located near a dedicated fax. Mar, This is what I've learned about the handyboard so far, and hopefully it will give you a little insight into what's going on with D0-D7 (the external bus). Riachard, Could you please explain to me how the IR emitter angled at 45 degrees is able to pick up its beem. I'm unsure of the IR emmission dynamics. I was poking about the HB with an osciloscope and ran into a bit of confusion. I had the motor outputs ON and wanted to see the PWM effect.
