I have recenty perfected a simple sensor using the Sharp IR detector but I need some help in interfacing it. I plan on having about 16 sensors all around the perimiter of the robot but I don't want to have them running all at the same time because (...) Success on the first bootstrap download and failure to write into RAM could easily be explained by a fault in the memory circuit. The memory circuit, which includes the 'hc373, the 'hc132, and the RAM chip itself, with about 27 signals going to the (...) (28 years ago, 13-Jan-97, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

  Address marking on th SCI
 
I'd like to address two devices (one a handyboard) over the same serial line. I can use the address mark wake up method described int the pink book. Is this compatable with IC, or do I need to write my interface in assembly? -Jodi Graf (28 years ago, 13-Jan-97, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)
