| | Thank you to everybody who contributed to this subject. I purchased PVC pipe glue (based on MEK) from my local hardware store. It works great! It appears to be prethickened so is easy to apply. | | | | MEK (or any other solvent for that matter) should stand up to soapy water. Solvents actually dissolve the plastic slightly, then the plastic re-solidifies after the solvent evaporates. In the end you don't have a 'glue' bond - you just have one (...) (25 years ago, 4-Jan-00, to lugnet.robotics)
