Hi,

I am currently reading through Dave's book.  It is the best.  I really like
the way he handles contruction.  This is far better than the O'Reilly book.
Great job!  I was wondering if you can add an addendum to the book on how to
use the clutch gear (the thick white gear that came with my 1.0 -> 1.5 RIS
upgrade).  Thanks for NQC & this book.

I'm glad you are enjoying the book.

Things like the clutch gear and 2x2 "L" plates  were actually in the first
draft for Chapter 4, but I dropped them since those pieces weren't in
1.0.  1.5 was intoduced a little late for us to re-work such an early
chapter and add the material.

I was considering putting together a short addendum and posting it on the
book's web site.
