But 8735 costs $30-40, and comes with that clutch gear, a motor, and lots of other Technic parts. However, if you bought your RIS1.0 since 8/1/99 like I did, it only costs $3.95 for the upgrade, WELL worth it. (...) -- Tom Stangl ***(URL) Visual FAQ (...) Hi. Excluding the $15.75 motor, the remainder of the set costs $0.45 a part. Excluding the $12.25 battery case as well (which holds six AA cells just like the brick) the set costs $11.75 for 52 parts at $0.23 per part which is not a stunning deal. (...)
