I forgot one IMPORTANT detail: DON'T USE the AGC() (change the name in the sources because I misspelled it) as control in cycles because NQC is not compatible with it, assign it to a variable instead. | | | | (...) Automatic Gain Control voltage. I misspelled it in the source (sorry!) -> Change ACG() to AGC(). As stated in the RCX.NQH, refer to the LEGO SDK for information about these functions. The only reference to this function in in the page 45 of (...) (26 years ago, 30-Nov-98, to lugnet.robotics)

As for AGC, this is probably more about RF design that you wanted to know.... It is fairly common to design an FM radio receiver (...) (26 years ago, 1-Dec-98, to lugnet.robotics)
