Sorry Eric -- the frames just take up too way much space in the window (over 50 percent!). Most of the time when I visit such a heavily framed site, I have to use the "Open frame in New Window" command just to read the content. I posted the URL to (...) (25 years ago, 2-Nov-99, to lugnet.robotics)

(...) Strictly speaking, not true. A large page with navigation along the top is much better for those with limited screen real estate than a large page in a frame with a navigation frame at the top. Without frames, as soon as the user scrolls down (...) (25 years ago, 3-Nov-99, to lugnet.robotics)
