Jesper:

Thanks for posting the scans of the Constructopedia 1.5 last week. The
comparison was fascinating, especially finding out what the "new" pieces
were in the set. Some debate remains in my mind--has Lego made the RIS set
slightly less valuable for learning by providing more detailed building
instruction in 1.5? I'm not sure, although I found the improved section on
the differential to be extremely valuable.

I see from the comparison that there are some useful things in 1.0 that are
not in 1.5, so I have scanned and posted the now-obsolete (according to TLG)
version 1.0 _Constructopedia_.

The site is at http://home.ici.net/~wordsmth/construct/ .

I've missed the parts list comparison between 1.0 and 1.5. Can anyone tell me where I can get this information? Thanks, Ankesh Kadakia The WordMeister wrote in message <01bf2267$7eae6f00$2...ci.net>... (...) TLG) (...) (25 years ago, 31-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics)
