Tomo'o,
If you can get from LA to Carlsbad (a satellite city of San Diego about 100
miles from LA), you could visit LEGOLAND California <www.legolandca.com>...
that's one big thing -- not necessarily MindStorms-focused, but definitely
LEGO-focused. :-)
A few months ago there were also a few people thinking of putting together
an LA-Area Robot-Arena event. I think it didn't pan out, but it still means
that there are at least a couple or more MindStorms fans in LA.
