UK
Mindstorms is not mentioned *at all* in the latest Lego
catalogue I received from Lego the week before last.
Cybermaster *is*.
I haven't seen and advertising for MindStorms (apart from in-
store stuff), I only heard about it through the 'net.
Maybe Lego have trouble enough supplying the current UK
market?
As far as I know (from Lego), you can only get Mindstorms in
limited places, from Hamleys (in Regent Street, London) or
Toys 'R Us. (I wrote to them asking where I could get
expansion packs).
I know PC World are also selling Mindstorms, and seem to be
stocking the expansion kits too (now).
Somebody was mentioning mark-ups? Well, my local PC
World store was discounting MindStorms by 30 UKP a while
ago, I'm sure they still made a good profit.
Also remember the MindStorms FAQ mentions that Lego will
only start distribution to non-English speaking countries when
they have finished the appropriate language translations for
that country.
