I think this is an excellent idea ......no objections here to discussing on this list .... What about putting some of the software on a CD stuck inside the back cover of the book ? Not sure on all the licencing / legal / copyright issues but I feel (...) (26 years ago, 9-Feb-99, to lugnet.robotics)

(...) I dunno if it's worth the cost, but you could do an HTML page with all those URLs, organised by chapter, and smack that on a CD. Then you can legitimately say "comes with CD", and there are still people who'll buy anything with a CD in it over (...) (26 years ago, 9-Feb-99, to lugnet.robotics)
