Use the slip gear for the steering use a wheel based model. When steering hits
limits clutch slips, Turret turns..then you just need a centering algortihm ro
return turret and steering to center, or use same theory eccept that the oversteer
activates Firing mech (probably better) (generally don't move and fire at the same
time, thus oversteering would not affect things..besides firing at angles while
moving presents accuracy problems)
