asm allows you to put literal RCX bytecodes in your program. Most of the
'functions' in NQC are actually just macros that expand to asm statements
in rcx.nqh.

To my knowledge, you can't to either of these from rcx bytecodes. Sound
is limited to a bunch of preset sounds and a single note of user specified
frequency/duration.
From a program's perspective, the datalog is write-only.
