Due to feature creep, NQCC 1.0 never got out of beta. I've merged nqcc
and the various utiltites (rcxfirm, rcxlog, etc) into a single program
called nqc, and added some minor improvements to the compiler as well.
The command line has changed quite a bit, so be sure to read the README.
