Hi all. I dont know how many people around here have heard of the
Raspberry Pi, but I saw that someone is working on a Lego compatible
case for it. The Raspberry Pi is a computer on a chip that is really
cheap. This would seem to be an inexpensive way to add a lot more
computing power to a Lego robotics project.

Initially (at least) the Pi comes without a case, so I expect it is just
a matter of building around it so it doesnt rattle too much. I havent
received mine yet, but Ill take a moment to see how well a pure LEGO
case can work.
It feels a little bit like waste to use a Pi for embedded systems
considering that it has HDMI output and can run a 1080 lines video
display. - But I cant find anything as cheap with the same computing
power.
Play well,
Jacob
